The price was good and so was the communication with the company, both by email and on the phone. They collected and delivered within the 3 hour time slot. I have taken a star off because the driver didn’t bother to let me know he’d delivered it, so we were waiting an hour or more and then I went out to the entrance and discovered the leather sofa left under the porch and my security camera showed him arriving an hour earlier. I didn’t really think this was great as we live in a country area with badgers, foxes, stray animals and crows etc all of which could have marked or even ripped the leather settee.

Joe was fantastic. Great communication and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing boat transport. Will definitely use him again. The site was also easy to maneuver.

I was surprised at how many quotes I received so quickly. I accepted a quote in the end from a man who did the job quickly at a good price. Very reliable and friendly.

Very terrible customer service, they don’t answer calls. Cancelled my collection because they had a fallout with the courier agent, you would think they would be readily available to sort out the delay I would experience, nothing. Filled out a customer help message with auto reply saying I would get a response with 6hrs. That didn’t happen.. I think the worst of all is them not answering your call. I had to refund my customer as they were not prepared to wait for another week to receive the goods. I would like my deposit back or going to get my bank involved. Do not use be aware if you don’t want deal with headache of chasing wind

The hauliers initially give you a cheap quote to get your attention and then stick the price up when you start communicating with them.

Please note we do not allow couriers to charge extra on top of the quote you have accepted unless there are additional items, a change of address, or other things that are stated in their Terms and Conditions. It has been a month and the transport provider has not delivered my item. After two weeks attempted delivery of the wrong item was made. Then an appointment was made to deliver late in the evening and the driver failed to turn up. Shiply have been unhelpful, saying all they can do is ask the driver to contact me. Very disappointing.

MY SHIPLY DELIVERER WAS FANTASTIC. HE PICKED UP EARLY AND DELIVERED THE SOFA BEFORE BEING GIVEN THE ADDRESS.....EFFORT ABOVE AND BEYOND, WHICH IS HARD TO FIND THESE DAYS WHEN SO MANY ARE CUTTING CORNERS.

Shoutout to Fast_CAR_Ship (4054) for connecting me with a carrier (JR Transport) the morning after I put in my request for 11/26. Our driver (Abbos) was expected to deliver my car Dec 2nd, but he was on the road everytime I saw the BOL. He just delivered my car about an hour ago and it’s Nov 30th! Communication from dispatch and driver were great no complaints, Thank you all!
