Pick up was the wrong time. Then pick up was later then said. I had a tracker on my shipment. It was in one place for 15 hours. I had to call and text many times to get a response as to time of delivery. It was also late. Then there was an issue with payment. Overall communication was awful but my motorcycle made it in the same condition so I was happy. After all that I received a call telling me how I needed to leave a great review. I do not recommend using them.

Communication not very timely. Seeing how everything is done via email; you would think there would be better timing with information. They took their money at the speed of light. End result ; job accomplished so not all bad just room for improvement.

Price: The initial quote was decent, however, upon receiving the details of my radiators the price was slightly increased. Nevertheless, I still went with them. Communication: The communication was decent, however, on the day of the collection it was poor. I was given a window of 11-2 and sent multiple messages after 2pm that received no response. The company called at 4:30pm and arrived at 5pm to collect. Collection: While I did make it clear how many rads I had and their weight I still had to assist in the carrying of the rads, as they were too heavy for one of the couriers. Delivery: The delivery was fast. I think they collected on Saturday and the goods were received by the supplier on Monday and in good condition. All in all, the job got done and the goods were returned safely. Service was decent, but 3/5 for me.

Im Endeffekt alles gut gegangen, da ich Glück mit dem Transportanbieter hatte. Shiply an sich hat leider keinen Kundensupport an den man sich kurzfristig wenden kann (nur via Mail und da erhält mal lange keine Antwort). Grundsätzlich eine gute Seite, solange man keine Fragen/Probleme hat.

The website is clunky, you cannot change your email address on your personal details; the facility to leave feedback is poor and it cannot then be edited, and the staff at Shiply are particularly unhelpful!

Einziges Problem: Shiply akzeptiert für die Anzahlung kein PayPal. Lastschrift ins NichtEU-Land England dauert und verzögert leider die Lieferzeit. Die anderen Zahlmöglichkeiten werden von mir nicht akzeptiert.

Some carriers are scammers on shiply and some are good so do your research on reviews before committing with anyone.

Grundsätzlich gute Sache! Hatte aber, trotz Angabe eines größeren Zeitrahmens, so meine Probleme das auf den Punkt zu klären. Da der Abholort nicht 24/7 parat stehen konnte, war es "zeitmässig" schwer 2 Orte "unter einen Hut" zu bekommen, wenn man keine Kontaktdaten wie Handynr. sofort austauschen kann. Was erst nach Auftragsannahme ging. So wird es ein ewiges hin+ her! Sonst alles gut gelaufen.
