“Needed to ship bike back from Nl to UK (Eurostar still not accepting bikes). It was sort of last minute, and I looked into several options. Sherpr was the cheapest and able to accommodate me with just one days notice whereas other options could not. I called to get a few questions clarified about the documents, and was able to reach someone by phone to explain. They delivered one day late (due to easter holiday weekend) but no complaints from me. I'd definitely use service again. Note you will need access to a printer, and preferably some plastic sheets to put documents in on the outside of the box (I used some old ziploc sandwich bags, and they seemed to work out).
