“Ich bin 165cm und wiege ca. 58kg. Die Größe S trägt sich angenehm locker ohne oversized zu wirken. Die Farben sind nicht ganz so knallig wie auf den Bildern sondern ein wenig matter. Der Stoff fühlt sich sehr kuschelig an und die erste Wäsche bei 30 Grad hat er schadlos überstanden.”

“I loved the jacket. It was very soft and had beautiful trim. My only complaint is i tried to order more jackets in different colors twice. Both times my card was charged and then 2 days later I get an email saying it's out of stock.”

“Products are fine. Customer experience is terrible. I ordered a few items before an extended trip, hoping to take them with me. Unfortunately, the tights and one sweater did not fit. So I left them at home while I traveled. When I returned, I went to return the items and discovered it was outside Sherpa's 30-day return window. (My bad for not checking that before I left.) Since I had not worn the items (I tried them on and returned them to the bags they came in), I requested an exception from customer service, and after a bit of back and forth, was sent a return shipping label. I packaged up the items (tags on, in original bags) and sent them back. Then, I get an email saying that they will not accept the returned tights, because there is a hair on the inside... a hair that must have been picked up when I tried them on. How is one supposed to try on clothing with the expectation that you not get even a single hair on it? I don't mind paying a premium price for premium gear. This apparel is nice enough, but at this price point, the customer experience should also be premium. It is not.”

“I bought the Makalu Eco Jacket and I'm thrilled. Robust fabric, many functional pockets, easily adjustable hood and excellent wind and waterproof. Unfortunately it's a bit big, so the measurement chart didn't help, but it's fine with a thick sweater. Hope it'll last. I'll buy the next one a size smaller.”
