“Customer service is the worst of any company I've ever shopped with. I've reached out three times via email and the contact us form and another time directly by email to Brenda Osborne over the course of 4 weeks and never received a reply. Also, they cancelled half the items in my order saying they are out of stock and yet those same items in the same size are still showing availability online 11 days later. And the men's size chart online is completely wrong. No man size L has a 40 inch neck and 32 inch chest. My emails asking for an accurate size chart went unanswered.”
