“Das Material der Ware ist unschlagbar toll. Einige Artikel haben eine für mich nicht entsprechende Passform. Was mich sehr unzufrieden macht ist, dass es leider nicht möglich ist, über die Webseite eine Telefonnummer bei Problemen zu finden. Bei Rücksendungen ergeht alles in Englisch und ich laufe meinem Geld bei Vorkasse hinterher. Die Webseite friert bei vielen Eingaben oft ein, so dass auch das Schreiben keine Freude bereitet. Sehr schade, dass niemand erreichbar ist.”

“I now have two fleeces and I love them both! Great quality! And colours! Delivery was super quick! And when I had to change one for a different size, the delivery and refund process was so quick and efficient! Brilliant company!”
