“Customer service is amazing. Everyone is so helpful and try to resolve issues straight away. Price for plans are what the customer wants and is affordable. Junior ISAs are such a good and smart idea of saving for children and just seeing the difference it will make in the future is what sold the idea to me.”

“I read some of the negative reviews on here regarding income protection claims so i thought id add my own for anyone else reading. I had some initial teething problems with my claim but Shepards were more than helpful and understanding during a tough period in my life. On top of the claim i am also receiving extra support with my health issues that i didn't expect! Very impressed and happy with the service.”
