“I had been thinking about opening an ISA account and I am glad I did. The process to open a new account was very easy and hassle-free. I am not a UK citizen so my case is a bit special. Shepherds Friendly tried to call me and when I couldn't pick up the phone, they sent me an email with lists of documents that I needed to send to prove my identity. They approved my application merely a few days later. The account dashboard is very friendly and easy to navigate.”
