“Easy to setup Included all necessary documents which were easy to understand and were in PDF so could be downloaded and printed if needed Only negative is that direct debits have to be in the tens rather than say £15”

“The set up was fine. However, it was purchased via Top Cash Back and this is not showing in my account - why ?”

Here is how the cashback process works; once you have opened a plan with us and paid your first premium there is a 90 day validation period. This is a period of time which allows us to ensure your transaction is valid and confirm all payments are received. “open was easy (11/01/19). company happy to take details and money but no response when you send emails. I still did not get my welcome pack( my husband open the same day and he got welcome pack few days later).I send email to customer service one week ago regards that matter and still no response. “I enjoyed opening a new account and knowing my money would be safe. I am slightly disappointed at how much time it has taken to receive my document in the mail for my password to get online to view my account. Overall I agree with the idea but would like slightly faster service.”

“Following a mini review on saving plans, ISAs etc. Shepherds Friendly appeared to be one of the best. The application was easy to complete including arrangements of the Direct Debit and start date of application. Acknowledgement via email was quick on response, I cannot wait to be highly rewarded from this application.
