“I am new to Shepherds Friendly and most impressed.The web site is excellent. Setting up a stocks and shares ISA was straight forward. Due to an error on my part, entirely my mistake, I needed to phone the company. The person who dealt with my enquiry and resolved the problem was most professional, helpful and extremely competent. I will recommend this organisation to friends and family without reservation.”

“It was very easy and pleasant to open a plan for my baby but as always still, there is room for improvement. For example, I have talked to one of your customer advisers 3 months after opening my account and she was very knowledgeable and very friendly. The problem was waiting time on the phone to connect to someone.”

“there appears to be a problem with sending documentation by email, twice requested but not sent, then asked for documentation by post which was sent. other emails from the company were received so not a problem at my end. otherwise ok but do ask for documentation by post”
