“So far so good. I have recently opened a stocks and shares ISA and have found the communication really good. I received a welcome pack and a welcome telephone call soon after. The customer adviser on the phone was very friendly and very helpful. Top marks so far!”

“Website account login is nowhere near good enough. Not having an app is not ideal but the user experience of logging in on a mobile device is poor. Page doesn’t load, no menu options, password input boxes labelled correctly...not good at all.”
