“Opened a 5 year fixed rate bond over a week ago with the promise of a £100 gift voucher once funds are received and over a week later I still haven't received the voucher, very much feel like iv been conned”

“I am diagnosed with prostate cancer on July 2022 and submitted the income protection claim but Shepherds Friendly rejected my claim, they said I have not disclosed all the medical information although I have given consent to request my medical records validate my application during the application process, when I sent the copy of the email to compliance manager who avoided to confirm my email to answer their failure to request report, I have already requested my solicitor take them to court to apply for refund of my payment amount of £21,192 which covers Dec 2015 to Oct 2022. Customers please don't trust them.”

“Took out a life policy with Shepherds Friendly 4 years ago. This was a second policy just to top up funds available towards cost of funeral. Found Shepherds Friendly very competitive and good value compared to other leading insurers.It was very easy to complete application on line and instantly seen amount insured when varying premium. Other insurers insist on leaving a phone number for someone to call with a quote. In other words a salesperson.Having carefully investigated this product I would highly recommend Shepherds Friendly”

“I have never been so satisfied and at ease about saving money for my son in his junior ISA. I’m not the best at saving money but with your company, this is the best way for me to do so. I don’t get constant phone calls and I have only had an email recently because my sons 1st birthday had just passed. If I ever call them, they are extremely polite and don’t have you waiting for over more than two minutes for an answer. Would recommend to anyone, especially young mums like me who find it hard to save.”
