“As a past member of Shepherds Friendly, though with a gap of some decades until very recently, I was delighted to find that the friendly, personal approach has not been lost to business modernisation. It was easy to contact helpful and informed people by email and phone (without having to wait for ages, choose options, or listen to repetitive tunes!), and my ISA was set up quickly, efficiently and painlessly - and as a product looks pretty good too, just keep those bonuses rolling! Five stars, and more if there are any available!”

“This should have tracked at £45, but tracked at £40 instead. You're not able to make a claim if anything is incorrect, which is very frustrating and poor service!”

The letter I have just received stated I could receive Love2Shop voucher up to £30.00 but was never offered this gift when opening this new plan, also when will I received a statement regarding the Plan that is now completed.
