“I work with investment complaints so i had a good idea what I was looking for, for my grandson in some form of junior savings vehicle. you are a mutual and there are not too many left around your performance has been good over a rocky period for with profits funds and you came out looking good on that front you junior ISA had everything I was looking for so we were off to a good start. I made a minor mistake in putting his name the wrong way round and the customer service was excellent as it was fixed within two days and once I had got my son to sign the parent form we were off and running. I spoke to a lady I think was named Abby and she was really helpful to make an initial deposit into the ISA and was especially patient when we were having problems with my awkward address. So I am very impressed at this early stage and that is not a thing i say often when my job is dealing with investment complaints on a daily basis.”
