“Hi , I opened my plan online and found the application quick and easy. Today I was contacted by a very helpful member of staff called Patricia who checked I was happy with the policy and talked through the details of my direct debit. This is the first time I have had a policy with Shepherds Friendly and I wanted to say how impressed with their customer service I am ! I would like to rate them 5 Stars”
