“I have still not received an email for my plan documents/number, having applied for the stocks & shares ISA 3 weeks ago, so am unable to register my account online. Despite this money has still been taken out of my account.”

Our Member Services Team has been trying to contact you, however, they have not been able to get in touch. Occasionally, our emails can get stuck in junk/spam filters, so we ask our members to check they’re not hidden away there first. “It was very easy and pleasant to open a plan for my baby but as always still, there is room for improvement. For example, I have talked to one of your customer advisers 3 months after opening my account and she was very knowledgeable and very friendly. The problem was waiting time on the phone to connect to someone.”

“I opened a savings account for my daughter when she was first born. No issues with my payments and so easy to just save money and forget about it that I have even opened one for my self . Also easy communication over the phone no waiting you get in touch straight away with a member of staff whom are very helpful!”
