“Annoying to have to set up a profile with another password I will forget for one report from a company I may never use again. Even so the site would not take card payment and I had to phone anyway. Never again.”

“The member of staff who carried out the survey was friendly / professional. The survey report was available within 2-3 days and gave a fair reflection of the property.”

“As older people we found the online form difficult to send. It would have been easier to fill in a paper copy while the survey was being done. The surveyor was polite and efficient. I would recommend this company”
