“Excellent service. A friendly and helpful lady on the phone arranged for Olga, the chartered surveyor, to make the 120 mile round trip to my home within days. Olga was very professional and efficient and also observed all the protocols for COVID-19. I was amazed to receive the completed survey and valuation by email the next morning. I have no hesitation in recommending Shepherd Chartered Surveyors!”

“Surveyor was 45 mins late. After 25 mins I phoned office and was told he must be held up. No apologies at that point. No follow up call until surveyor arrived 45 mins late who also didn’t apologise but was nice enough so I presumed he was unaware of the time he was to be here.”

“Called to arrange home report and Shepherd’s were able to appoint for following morning. Graeme Stewart arrived on time and was very professional in his dealings. A verbal and draft report were issued the same day. On satisfactory acceptance, final report followed. Impressed by the service I referred my friend to Shepherd’s who booked his home report without hesitation.”

“My wife and l were present but not asked any questions about our property. Then on home report did not know we had cavity wall insulation. Did not ask about our double glazing how old it was. Only 2 years. And omitted that we had key locks for all windows. He asked if we had any questions but surely he was the one to ask questions.”
