“Punctual and efficient service for providing a home report. Quite happy with it. The online system for actually getting it was quite complicated and I hate having to make a password when really it should not be necessary for this sort of thing. The customer should not have to battle with these systems when paying a LOT of money for something that clearly did not take very long! No choice because you have to have a home report and all the companies charge an inordinate amount.”

“I used Shepherd's some four years ago and was delighted with the service I received. Hence, based on that good experience, I chose them to produce the Hope Report for a property I will short;ybput on the market. Thus far, the service is as good now as it was four years ago. The property I am selling just now is on the Isle of Lewis (Outer Hebrides) and arranging the appointment was surprisingly easy.”

“The survey was quite general and in some respects incorrect. We were given a lower energy than 2 years ago. We had to rectify this with photo proof. A mistske was made in the decription of the sliding door. It was described pvc. It was actually hardwood.”
