“I would highly recommend obtaining Shepherd surveyors to anyone Surveyor came on time did his job in a thorough manner and was able to answer any questions about the survey to my satisfaction and had the report back to myself the same day”

“I felt Shepherd Chartered Surveyors were entirely inadequate in their roll. Originally had incorrect contact details for myself, meaning my report was 10 days later than expected, it wasn't until I intervened that home report was supplied. Secondly; had an incorrect address for my property that had been surveyed, again more work on my part to chase up. Thirdly incorrect details regarding fireplace and chimney stacks, again my work to amend this. I would like to add that the gentleman that did the survey was very pleasant. I have spoken to halliday who insist this was a fault from Shepherd Chartered Surveyors on all fronts. All this hassle has added much time on bringing my property to market. I would like to speak to someone from yourselves in regards to this complaint.”

“Team Shepherd came to our property and gave the whole home a thorough going over. Being a seller it’s nervous but. Ring a buyer of our property makes you feel like you have ran an iron man. They found a couple minor issues external to the property that we discussed and subsequently rectified with positive support from team shepherd! Safe hands. Robust surveys.”

“Shepherd Surveyors were very easy to work with! All the questionnaires were filled out online and I was kept up to date on the progress at each stage via email and alerts from the account. The surveyor who visited our home was polite and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and use again.”
