“We thought the surveyor could have been more observant or asked questions. E.g. the smoke and heat alarms were not noticed and the assessment of some double glazing units as failing is questionable but a crack in one pane was missed.”

“They claimed "EPCs over 12 weeks old are not valid for marketing" Scottish Government say they are valid for 10 years! They gave us a new one which is different from what we have (generated less than a year ago!). They say "they did not have U-Values so they generated it by default" how could you generate an EPC without knowing what U-Values are????!!!!! This is the level of professionalism and honesty from this firm!”

“I called their Ayr office twice over a period of approximately five days, although I am local and I gave my contact details TWICE nobody had the decency to return my calls. Pretty disgracefull I thought but that's OK I'll find another surveyor.”
