“We thought the surveyor could have been more observant or asked questions. E.g. the smoke and heat alarms were not noticed and the assessment of some double glazing units as failing is questionable but a crack in one pane was missed.”

“This is my second time using Shepherd’s in 3 years and can’t recommend them highly enough. Staff are extremely helpful and pleasant and the procedure to pay is simple and straightforward. Smooth and stress free at a time that can generally feel stressful. Thank you”
