“The house you surveyed was valued at £210000 but the same size of house on the estate was valued at £230000 in 2019 so think your valuation was low”

“I was happy with the quality o the survey however I did not exoect to spend a considerable amount of time correcting basic typos and correcting information. For instance arranty was spelled wrong on the questionnaire!”
