“A good thorough survey. But a suggestion for this type of survey would be the purchase of a drone to inspect roofs. When we moved into this property, within three weeks of occupation, we had a leak in the roof, via a valley gutter, which a simple aerial inspection would have identified.”

“Andrew and his apprentice were very professional and helpful. Andrew was able to also offer some advice on a small issue we were not aware of and alerted us to what was required to rectify it. This enabled us to have the issue fixed before viewings started. Communication with Shepherd Chartered Surveyors was great from start to finish.”
