“Mr Hall the surveyor was very professional. He was also very compliant with current COVID regulations. From my first conversation with him to the completion of the home report everything was clearly explained and I couldn’t recommend Shepherds enough.”

“Overall the service was very helpful and professional. I was confused by some of the questions in the householders’ survey and was guided to answer as accurately as possible. The survey was carried out professionally and the follow up was very efficient.”

“I am not happy at all with the service. My property was totally undervalued by £30000. These type of properties are being sold for over £2000000 presently.l would never recomend anyone to use your company.”

“Surveyor attended appointment punctually and carried out his role diligently and professionally. The report was completed within timescales and accurately outlined details of the property. No issues or complaints in this regard.”

“Second time I have used this company. The surveyor carried out the task quickly and provided some useful advice on the property which I was not aware of (it wasn’t my own house). After careful reading of the preliminary report a few corrections were made and the final report was produced.”
