“Very little was said by the surveyor, who finished his survey on Monday 10th August 2020 in approximately 15-20 minutes. The Home Report initially recommended cavity wall insulation even though the Questionnaire I had completed (and returned within hours of receiving it) provided full details of the installation of cavity wall installation in the property. This error delayed the final report by about three days. (When I phoned to chase it up I was told that ‘the system’ was saying the Questionnaire hadn’t yet been completed’.) Sorting this out lost us an entire weekend - the listing not going live until Monday two weeks after the survey.”

“We were very impressed with Shepherds, from the beginning the service was first class, we were given easy to follow guidance about what to do (in line with Covid 19 regulations) to be ready for the surveyor arriving. He was professional, friendly, answered any questions we had and prepared the completed report within a few days. We were delighted and would have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“Quick responses to calls or emails. They helped us keep our tight schedule. Got a hone report on our own property and a survey on potential house. Best money I’ve spent getting the survey as there were many many issues with that properly and they helped us ‘dodge a bullet’ Only 4/5 star as when people arrived to do our home survey they basically ask to have the house to themselves. I understand current climate requires social distance but I’m never going to let 2 strangers just roam my house completely unsupervised. The online ‘training’ I had to watch and sign before their visit asked for social distance, not for me to leave the house to 2 strangers... So that made me uncomfortable with the men. But otherwise they were completely professional.”

“Excellent ease with booking a Survey, everything explained and appointment confirmed promptly. The Surveyor was very professional, respectful and explained the process. During the Survey, the Surveyor was very respectful to our property. From start to finish the Surveyor followed COVID 19 PPE protocols. Following the Survey a draft copy of the Home Report was sent very quickly and soon firmed up and sent to our Estate Agent. All in all, an excellent highly professional experience. Thank you.”

“Every contact was professional. We got a speedy and convenient appointment, the surveyor attended at the correct time on the correct day and was considerate of our property while going about his business. The price was fair too. Overall, I was very satisfied and on that basis I would recommend Shepherd without hesitation.”
