“I was looking for a Home Report before marketing my property. I contacted Shepherd and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the whole process was. Courteous staff, prompt appointment, timely correspondence and great product - what's not to like? The only glitch was with the online payment portal but this was remedied quickly and efficiently. I'd use Shepherd again without hesitation.”

“Very customer focussed. Courteous, friendly and explained the procedures involved very clearly especially as to how the 1,2and 3 scoring/ grading worked in the various categories ( eg the internal, external condition etc). Very promt service and very satisfied with the details and market value assessment. Would definitely recommend Shepherds.”
