“Surveyor arrived at expected time was wearing protective clothing as per covid 19 guidelines explained what he would be doing and went about his business wasting no time .When finished again reassured me that survey was good and what to expect next Incidentally prior to surveyor coming office personnel were very helpful,pleasant and advised me to ring if I was worried about anything very good service.”

“Wonderful efficient service from start to finish, stress free plus massive help to the process of selling my parents property. Valuation true to property standard. Lynne on reception was extremely friendly and put my mind at ease. We chose to organise house sale with sirting home report was so easy with Shepherds. Massive thank you property had received 2 offers 12 hours after report was received.”

“Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Michael was so professional, but friendly with it. Survey done on day one with the results promptly Emailed to me. Michael had great back up from Lynne in the office. Would not hesitate to recommend J&E Shepherd”
