“The Surveyor who visited the property was friendly and very helpful. He did the survey quickly and then too the time to talk me through the couple of issues he had found.”

“I have dealt with the Inverness branch of Shepherds for almost 20 years and have always found their service to be efficient and timely if a deadline is to be met. I would happily recommend their services and will continue to use them myself for future projects Ian Thorburn”

“From the first phone call to arrange to survey my property, survey carried out, report was sent promptly. Even when I queried one of the classifications, the survivor replied within no time with photographic confirmation & explanation, which has since been fully rectified. Very professional & of a high calibre.”

“Mr Luke Doyle was pleasant, approachable and efficient. He wasted no time in surveying the house and ensured all areas of the property were accessed. He was masked and gloved per Covid19 regulations. I was pleased with the service.”

“No response to request for property survey, nor to follow-up message advising that another surveyor had been instructed (all e-mails verified as having been delivered). Might be caused by their use of Outlook.com as e-mail provider.”

“Cameron was very professional in his approach and explained what he would be doing. He was using PPE as was I and safe distances were maintained throughout. After completing his survey, he then explained what the next stages would be. All in all I was very pleased with the service provided and would definitely recommend.”

“I no longer live in Scotland and my property has been rented for the past few years, therefore all communication took place via email. Shepherd CS organised everything from start to finish. This is the 3rd time I have used them and I would definitely recommend the service they provide.”
