“The surveyor spotted a cracked downpipe at the back of my property. He left without informing me of this issue and I only found out about it when the report came through. I had it fixed immediately but it could have been fixed days earlier if he had pointed it out.”

“Pretty basic report for the money. £895 and a lot of the report makes assumptions. Unfortunately these are needed when selling so get off with charging a fortune for very little effort and and wooly report!”
