“I asked Sheperds to do a survey on my home .As I don't live on the island they went alone they carried out a thorough inspection and didn't leave any mess.The results were available within 72 hours they gave an honest opinion of the property and advised me on any work that needed doing.The price was fair and as they were recommended by the estate agents who's solicitors we are also using we were more than happy that it's being kept all under one roof so to speak”

“I have used Shepherd Chartered Surveyors frequently for about 20 years. During this time, I have had excellent service and found them to always be professional, yet amenable. Their valuations are extremely accurate. Craig Brown and Jennifer Roberts are both very efficient and theHome Reports are sent promptly each time. It is a real pleasure doing business with them. “I was distressed to find, following their visit, a curtain left hanging off a rail, doors which had previously been closed, left wide open and debris on the carpet which had fallen from the hatch opening following an inspection Of the roof space. Following my brothers death, the property has been empty with only weekly inspections to ensure all is well. I would have expected that your surveyors would have left it as they did found it.”
