“There was a good level of detail in the home reports I ordered for all three of my rental properties that I was selling. The valuations were reasonable overall. When I raised questions, the surveyors were generally quick to answer. However, I found the cost of the reports was high.”

“Our Surveyor was very thorough and explained the process thoroughly. When we received the draft report we were able to discuss the assessment in detail. The speed of supplying our Home Report was excellent as we wanted to get our house on the market.”
