“Shepherd did what they say they would do! Olga our surveyor, observed all the Covid restrictions so professionally but still managed to complete her assessment of our property on time! A thorough job and a with excellent follow-up instructions and advice. I asked for a written Report and it was delivered very promptly.”

“Having to travel quite a distance to get my survey and Home Report done, I was very pleased that I managed to arrange it for the following day with the surveyor changing his appointments round to suit me. He was very thorough and honest in his appraisal and I would recommend Shepherds to anyone else.”

“Marie was extremely helpful and friendly. The appointment was made over the phone, and a draft document was sent to me within 3 days of the survey being carried out. Marie was easily contacted either by e-mail or phone, and I always got a prompt reply. This made everything very straight forward and easy. I would not hesitate to use Shepherds again.”
