“We instructed a home report had an excellent experience with Shepherd Chartered Surveyors. Paul was very helpful and made a daunting process very easy. We could complete what was required of us online and make payment the same way. On Paul's visit, he was polite and didn't mind our big puppy! Paul was also respectful of us when our neighbour made enquiries about his presence. Everything was handled efficiently and with ease. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul or the wider firm.”
