“I was very impressed with the knowledge and experience and professionalism of the surveyor who arrived at the expected time for the survey. I also found the staff who answered the phone extremely helpful and courteous and knowledgeable and the whole process was smooth and efficient. “Shepherd Chartered Surveyors offer you a 5* service - I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a surveyor. From start to finish, their staff are accommodating, friendly and so helpful. I needed a quick turnaround on my Home Report to enable my property to be marketed and it was with me for approval within 48 hours of the site visit. A particular shout out must go to Stuart Dunne! Shepherd will always be my 'go to' surveyor.”

“I contacted Shepherds to initiate Home Report on our property. Member of staff that handled call was most helpful and explained everything in great detail. It was then I decided to go with Shepherds. Surveyor that carried out Home Report was very pleasant & carried out survey in a professional manner. I would not hesitate in recommending Shepherds.”
