“Spoke with Lauren yesterday .. she was so helpful and friendly. She assisted me in setting up a saving scheme policy for my Grandson. I already have the same policy for my Granddaughter. Lauren just made everything easy and talked me through each step to make sure I was happy. She answered all Of my questions with great explanation and professionalism and reassured me that was what she was there for . Highly recommend the Sheffield Mutual Friendly Society. Thank you Lauren !”

“I've been a member of Sheffield Mutual for some time and their customer service is fantastic. Spoke to Lauren today to clarify something and she was knowledgeable and helpful. The difference with this company is that they are always happy to discuss your service as opposed to the inevitable digital communication. Thanks again .”

“Telephoned to arrange an appointment and was pleased how helpful Dawn and Megan were when I explained my reasons. When I arrived at the office, slightly ahead of time, Sam was waiting for me. He couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. New accounts swiftly opened and he promised to update me regarding the other queries I had. This he did within two days and 'phoned me to confirm the details. Never experienced such positive and friendly customer service before!!”

“I initially requested information back in early June. I was contacted by Emily who went through the options for my grand childrens investments that were available to me. Emily was very clear & concise & patient while i made the decision of which product to choose. I successfully opened the 2 Bonds, one for each of the grand children. Very happy with the service, no pressure, just clear friendly assistance.”

“Very fast to reach out and help with after my IFA made the initial contact. Friendly, helpful and patient when I needed time to do some reading before deciding on a product. Professional advice and guidance from Emily who has quickly set everything up. It is great to see a company who offers options to those who would rather set up an account over the phone instead of on-line. Would highly recommend.”
