“Very prompt,professional and explained in a local accent we can understand. Got straight through to an adviser,no listening to music for hours unlike most companies nowadays.Would recommend sheff mutual to friends and family.”

“I found Sheffied Mutual Freindly Society a very reliable and helpfull way of saving for the future. Always very well explained and no pressure to make a decision you don,nt want to make. “Very friendly and professional service via the phone. I wanted to move a Sheffield Mutual CTF to a Junior ISA. Emily was very helpful and made the process extremely easy. I was so happy with how my enquiry was handled that I chose to set up a second transition for another CTF to move over to a Sheffield Mutual junior ISA. Great Customer Service. Thank you.”

“While doing research looking for a child saving account, I came across Sheffield Mutual, & there "Child Bond". This fitted all my requirements. I was helped through the entire process by Sam. I was delighted by the whole process, then shocked when Sam phoned back 15 mimuits later & offered me a welcome £100 M&S voucher for joining the Society. There had been no mention of welcome voucher so felt very special to me. Very happy & Impressed”
