“Excellent service this morning from Emily at Sheffield Mutual. She explained fully to me the implications regarding the transaction I wanted to make, ensuring I fully understood. A very refreshing change in the world we are in to find a society that actually answered the phone and sounded genuinely happy to assist me. Can highly recommend Sheffield Mutual.”

“Customer service is both excellent & consistent. Good products with easy to understand information to help you make an informed decision on a range of competitive investments to suit any pocket. I'm a returning customer but this time applied for a new investment over the phone. I had the pleasure of speaking to Sam, who was friendly but professional and made the whole process very easy & actually enjoyable. Their products are competitive when compared with other providers, catering for any budgets, clarity in their provision of their products which includes support & keeping you updated throughout the term of your investments. Chuck in the excellent overall customer service you receive they are a organisation that you need to consider when making investment choices”

“Sam was great on the phone and very helpful in arranging bonds for our 2 grand daughters. The phone was answered straight away with the minimum of recorded chat and I was quickly put through to Sam by the receptionist who wasted no time in sorting out exactly what I wanted and both applications dealt with professionally and efficiently”

“Spoke to Sam today who was brilliant. He has been super patient with me on a number of occasions as everytime he has called I have always been occupied. He showed empathy and reassured me its absolutely fine. Service has been brilliant from the get go and I would always recommend Sheffield mutual to family and friends. Having employees like Sam is a bonus and credential to the business.”
