“I was dealt with quickly everything was made clear ,I was given choices what account I wanted to start Lauren was professional at all times and explained everything to me she took her time I was not rushed, all documents arrived next day super responsive excellent service.”

“Emily was able to take me efficiently through the process of buying a Regular Savings Plan. Her knowledge of the product shone through. She was able to answer my queries in a calm and courteous manner, explaining what would happen next at all stages. She removed any anxiety i had about making the phone call and made me feel like a valued customer. (It is unusual these days to feel this way as, too often, customer advisers in other companies rush you, sound bored, do not explain what is happening or simply don't have the training or skills to deal with people.) Thank you Emily :).”
