“I can't recommend this company enough! Myself and my husband are both self employed, first time buyers so the process of even thinking about applying for a mortgage was nerve racking. I'm so pleased we opted for them as our mortgage brokers. Throughout the whole process Jason was knowledgable, friendly and kept us informed at all stages. Never at any stage did we feel in the dark or unsure of the next steps. He was also able to offer practical advice in terms of our financial situation and most importantly, I always felt like I was talking to a real human rather than a big corporate company. There was so much of the process and criteria I would never have been aware of that Jason easily navigated us through and that alone saved us probably months of issues. When transferred to Wendy & Laura, both ladies were efficient and equally as friendly as Jason. When Laura called to confirm out Mortgage offer, it genuinely felt like she was as thrilled as me! As much as I'm sure a lot of the process is automated and their everyday, it didn't feel that way and Jason was always reassuring at all points of contact. If you are feeling unsure about hiring them as your broker, don't be, we wouldn't be moving in our new home without them and I dread to think how the process would have gone without them.”

“We were both really pleased with our contacts Matt and Mel - we were confident with Matt's abilities from the very start, and we felt he was knowledgable and approachable. We were impressed with how quickly and efficiently he was able to secure a mortgage for us at a good rate. Mel was also approachable and quick to respond with useful information and helped us ensure there were no delays to our exchange and completion. Overall we were impressed all the way through and with all people we dealt with.”

“I would definitely recommend the services of Sheffield moneyman, I cannot fault the service we have received from Jason. We had a couple of appointments with other mortgage advisers before meeting Jason, but we decided to go with Jason as he was very easy to talk to and very knowledgable and professional. Jason has been great- always answering our questions and queries and providing an excellent service. Most contact was through email which I preferred- all emails were clearly set out and replies were quick. Jason has provided us with everything we have needed and we are very happy overall.”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Jason Loft over the past few months and he has gone above and beyond what I was expecting from a mortgage broker. As a first-time buyer, purchasing a property is a process that is completely alien to me and Jason has guided me through it incredibly well. I experienced a few setbacks in obtaining my mortgage through lenders due to personal circumstances and Jason was always on hand to answer my calls and emails - often responding over the weekends and never waiting more than the next day to respond. My overall experience with Jason has been 5* and I would recommend him to anyone.”

There was no pressure to make any particular choices and everything was done to provide me with what was best for me. “I was so anxious about remortgaging so I got in touch with the Moneyman and Jason came round to our house at an agreed date and he went through all our options. I felt so much better after we had spoke and felt I had been told about all my options. Our mortgage has since gone through and it has just been a huge weight lifted off our shoulders and we save money each month! I would definitely recommend using the moneyman. We would use them again! Thank you!”
