Extremely Disappointed with Service and Communication I am a very disappointed customer after attempting to purchase a carpet for nearly £500 from this company. Despite their promise of worldwide shipping, my experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I placed an order on December 7th to be shipped to a European country. When the parcel was sent, the company failed to include essential contact information such as a phone number for the recipient. Due to this oversight, the parcel was returned and got lost during the process. Throughout this ordeal, I communicated with Beccy, who ignored my emails and provided no assistance. After two months of waiting, Beccy informed me that once the carpet was back in stock, it would be resent. However, when she finally received the returned carpet, she abruptly canceled my order without any explanation or apology and simply refunded my money. In an attempt to purchase the same carpet through Amazon, I encountered the same issue: my order was cancelled , and the money was sent back today —still with no apology or explanation. I understand that shipping issues can arise, but customer service is crucial in resolving such problems. Unfortunately, Beccy’s approach has severely tarnished my impression of this company. It’s not about the sale itself but how a company handles issues when they arise. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Miroslav

I ordered some slippers as a Christmas present a while ago, the person I bought for didn’t like them and when I sent them back and asked for a refund, sheepskin world sent me them back in a different size and I’m her to be refunded.

Didn't receive the correct slippers and got dismissed when emailed to enquire for a solution . Wouldn't buy from again

They sent my slippers to an address containing a mix of my delivery and invoice addresses and blamed paypal for the error so as I write they have not delivered them. They say they will try and reroute them but todate they haven't.

I would have rated higher, if not for the appalling customer service. I initially ordered slippers in a size 6, turned out to be way too big. I returned them, asking for an exchange to size 5 - which is way too small. When I enquired with customer service if I could return those, I was told that they only offer one free return per customer. Riddiculous practice for a business that sells slippers and shoes ONLINE.

Slippers arrived, very good quality and lovely but too small. Tried to return for replacement in larger size. to local PO with QR scan. They would not accept and said had to be returned to sorting office. This was very inconvenient so sent direct to Co. labelled clearly at our expense. Not heard a thing since. This is not a complaint about product, however after over 3 weeks, expected to hear something

I ordered two items - due to an error on their website one item was not available so I got a refund minus the postage charge which my order would now incur because it fell below the free postage criteria. Not impressed at all and would not use again.

I’ve have already emailed, but not got response ! stitching on size 5 slippers has come away and sister longer able to wear slippers. Didn’t even last 2 weeks! Mum won’t wear hers incase happens to hers too Disappointing Christmas presents this year

The above item was returned to you for the second time on the 23rd December, label had been torn of for the second time. Re posted for the 3rd time on the 6th January 2023. I am awaiting credit for this item as a wrong size was sent. I am hoping this will be dealt with soon,

ordered an item on the 11/12/22 and paid for next day delivery. Nothing was delivered. My 3 emails have not been answered. When I called to enquire about my order I was told ‘consider yourself lucky’ as the delay was only 10 days. But I still have not received anything. No refund was made. I’ll pursue recovery through my back. Never again.

I purchased these mittens as a Xmas gift which arrived too late..I wasn't surprised given the postal striking situation and was accepting of this however the gloves themselves were far too small more baby size than child and covered in damp moldy marks. I am returning them as soon as I can get to the post office. Will not be recommending or purchasing again.
