“Purchased sheepskin indoor slippers. Good quality, initially a bit tight fit. However, after wearing the slippers for a few weeks they stretched out to good fit and are comfortable, they are warm and have a good grip on soles that are non-slip and non-marking. Good product happy with retailer and would recommend.”

“I ordered two pairs of slippers on 21 November 2021 and so far have not had the opportunity to use any product. I returned both pairs. One pair was not my style but the other was too small and I requested a larger size. They were both returned separately using the procedure set out with identically printed labels from the post office website. I have received my money back for the pair I sent back as unsuitable. I have not received the larger size requested. I am pursuing a complaint against the post office as the return was not dealt with correctly at the individual post office. I have tried on two occasions to confirm whether you have received the returned item but have had no response so far. This was done via the 'Contact us' part of the Sheepskinworld website. At the moment I am trying to establish whether the reason I have no slippers is with the post office or you.”

“I contacted Sheepskin World asking whether in light of reviews commenting that sheepskin slippers were not big enough/too tight whether I should order a size up. I was advised to order the correct size. I ordered 2 pairs of Sam delux men's sheepskin slippers size 10 and 2 pairs of Beccy ladies sheepskin slipper boots size 7 for Christmas presents. Both size 10 slippers and 1 pair of Beccy slippers were too small/tight. As I thought one of my daughters-in-law took a half size I ordered her a 7 when in fact she took a 6 and this was the only pair that fitted! 3 pairs out of the 4 have been returned for larger sizes. It was very disappointing on Christmas morning to see them open their "unsuitable" presents especially as I had enquired about sizes and wished I had gone with my instincts to order larger ones. The slippers were very good quality and would be very cosy and warm.”

“First time shopping with Sheepskin World very impressed the wife's slippers were perfect, Unfortunately, mine was too tight so were sent back I received a refund very quickly but due to the closeness to Christmas the stock in my size was very limited but I will reorder when there is a bigger range in my size”

“The customer service, even in the run up to Christmas was good, delivery was as described. The sheepskin crossover slippers were for a present and fit the person. They look good and are cosy.”
