“Bought slippers as a present impressed with quality and service”

“I purchased these mittens as a Xmas gift which arrived too late..I wasn't surprised given the postal striking situation and was accepting of this however the gloves themselves were far too small more baby size than child and covered in damp moldy marks. I am returning them as soon as I can get to the post office. Will not be recommending or purchasing again.”

“Ordered 2 pairs of slippers for Xmas presents. They arrived quickly, quality is Great and husband says they are really warm!!!! Only negative was that I ordered 2 different slippers in 2 different sizes for 2 different people. I was sent 2 of the same size (different designs) so I needed to buy the person another last minute present. Bit disappointed about that.”

“Dispatched pretty quickly given the time of year, delivery was held up by Royal mail strikes but when contacted, responded very quickly. Recipient says slippers are very comfortable and good size, as described and qell priced. Overall would use again and recommend.”
