“Purchased some slippers off you and only after a few days the stitching started to fray so had to send them back bit dissatisfied as these cost me £41.”

I’m sorry this has happened. It sounds like the stitching wasn’t finished off correctly causing the seam to come apart. Please do return them via our free returns and we’ll replace like for like

“Lovely warm slippers that were delivered very promptly. Didn't give quite full 5 Star as some stitching came undone on one of them 1st time I put them on and I don't really have time to deal with returning them for an exchange. I will try and repair them myself when I get a moment.”
