“Good slipper but not the same as UK shoe sizes. I ordered 2 pair for different people. They where both to small with wise.”

I'm sorry they were too small. Our moccasins will stretch over time, but if they are uncomfortable, then we can exchange for the next size up

“Packaging is poor the box has no lid and is very rough around the edges it looks like this has been a returned item sent out as new disappointing”

“Although the slippers themselves were acceptable I was disappointed that they arrived in a cheap squashed box and poorly wrapped inside. These were to be a gift but i felt I needed to present them in a gift box as the original box gave the impression I bought them from the market! Please review your packaging as this does put me off further purchases.”

“Good delivery etc but I'm afraid that the quality of the product has gone down. My last slippers lasted me almost one year, fair enough they aren't dear but the new ones had a big"mis-shaved"bit(have already emailed a pic of this)and although they are only 3 weeks old the sheepskin has already worn off on one slipper on the inside...”

“I was disappointed with my slippers. I take a size 8 which is the size I requested but sadly after wearing them I have found the slippers are cramping my toes causing discomfort and the nail to go black on my toe nearest to my big toe as it is longer than the big toe. Also I would have liked a structured soul to these slippers for support.”

“I wear a size 10 which was the size I ordered and received. Unfortunately the lining effectively reduced the wearable size for me so I have inserted shoetrees to stretch them. I have increased the tension gradually in the hope of being able to wear them.”

I'm sorry these slippers didnt last as long as expected. Sometimes the stitching can be done incorrectly, which can cause the stitching to come undone. its very rare, but does happen. We would have replaced these, but I'm glad you managed to repair them up yourself
