“Hi had to return the parcel on 8th December as required a size bigger - proof of postage retained. Parcel still awaited but this is no doubt due to festive period delays. Always been impressed by your service and quality previously. Please can you check the return”

“These are the second pair of slippers i’ve purchased from sheepskin world, the last about three years ago. They have been amazing quality and it’s good to see the latest pair was exactly the same. Beautiful suede, far above the quality of a certain Ugger brand! I had an issue with the shipping address, my fault, I called up, the phone was answering immediately and the problem rectified. Extremely happy customer once again.”

“The slippers were of a high quality. However the sizing was poor. I ordered my size. They. Weren’t just tight they were impossible to get on at all. However I must compliment Sheepskin World on their returns and refund procedure. It was straightforward and efficient. Rating not 5* due to poor sizing.”
