“I have been buying slippers from SW for a number of years, both for myself and family. Service has been excellent and if there have been any issues, they have been dealt with promptly and to my full satisfaction. I make my slippers work very hard, ( out in the garden etc) but these have great staying power. The soles are perfect and the uppers beautiful. They stay looking good for a very long time and the only reason I replace them about every 18 months is that by then I want a new, fluffier pair.”

“right boot was faulty and stitched on to sole at an angle, hence did not stand upright and was for me, unwearable.returned for full refund.shame because they were well made otherwise but quality control not up to much as it was clearly visible before i tried them on.no returns label included.”
