“Excellent quality. One thing I would say to anyone looking to buy slippers is, persevere when you first get them, wear them for an hour at a time and break them in. If like me your old slippers were so old & tatty, we forget that we need to let the fur lining flatten down. Little first. AB”

“I ordered two pairs of slippers and only received one pair. The delivery note showed two should be in the package. I contacted the company and have received a very prompt response saying that the missing pair will be sent to me. So, not a good delivery but a very good response to my query.”

“How do you work out the foot sizes of the English foot? Are your sizes based on a chinese measurement? The slippers I chose were too narrow over the toe , but too large at the back of the heel. Had to return them I'm afraid.”

“My purchase arrived on time. I ordered a rug and a pair of sleepers. I am quite fussy and can say both products are true to the description and photographs (even better,good quality) I am very happy with this purchase. Trustable company to buy online. :)”

“I can’t fault the customer service here. The slippers were of good quality and looked great however the sizing was way too small, nearly 2 sizes our for this particular style. Parcel went missing on return, not Sheepskin World fault, and I received an immediate refund on showing my delivery receipt.”
