“Did not receive confirmation order after ordering after a few days I emailed them to see if order had gone through and they confirmed thet order (sheepskin jacket) had a mark on it and they were trying to scource another one. Received order and jacket is lovley, very pleased. Went up a size, ordered a 14 but usually a 12 and there is plenty of room without being too big.”

“Ordered men's slippers for my husband for Christmas, nothing wrong with the product they just weren't quite right for him so hence 4 stars. Good slippers (my adult daughter loves hers) reasonably priced, will definitely order again. Easy to order, prompt delivery.”

“The slippers were of a high quality. However the sizing was poor. I ordered my size. They. Weren’t just tight they were impossible to get on at all. However I must compliment Sheepskin World on their returns and refund procedure. It was straightforward and efficient. Rating not 5* due to poor sizing.”

“You've got the date wrong on the 10% reduction The first parcel I got was the wrong size, but after I had had to lug it to the post office and send it back (at vast expense,) you did replace it rapidly, for which I am grateful. Free returns possible? The ugg boot legs are rather narrow Not everyone has slender calves.”

“These slippers are brilliant. I buy a pair every few years. They’re true to size and colour. I find them cosy and comfortable. The only minor irritation is that the insole wears out quicker than I would like.”
