“Nice slippers but unfortunately undersized. Compared with others of the same size much shorter. Had hoped would improve as fleece compressed but unfortunately not enough to be a comfortable fit. Very disappointed”

“Your service and delivery is first class, I do have a problem with the slippers though. The size (11) lengthwise is fine, the width in the toe area however is not. Compared to my previous slippers the toe area is approx. 1 cm narrower, which creates the illusion the slippers are too small. Please have your factory alter their last(s), perhaps Chinese toes are narrower than ours here in the West. Subject to this recommended improvement my recommendation is as hereunder”

“I ordered 2 pairs of slippers, they did not arrive within the specified time. When I enquired about their whereabouts I was told the courier had returned them. I was told I had to wait until Sheepskin World had them back before I got a refund or replacemens. I felt I was being held to ransome. I understand that there are some customers who play the system. In this case there was clear evidence it was not my fault. Once this was sorted out I got my slippers quickly, they fit and all is fine with them.”

“Slippers arrived in good time for Christmas, well made with good durable soles and a lovely blue tartan covering the much desired warm, pure sheepskin inside. Sent the wrong size 6 instead of 9 so gave them to my Father as returning them appeared complicated. Tried to purchase another pair in size 9 but discover there out of stock.”

“Ordered 2 pairs of slippers for Xmas presents. They arrived quickly, quality is Great and husband says they are really warm!!!! Only negative was that I ordered 2 different slippers in 2 different sizes for 2 different people. I was sent 2 of the same size (different designs) so I needed to buy the person another last minute present. Bit disappointed about that.”

“A size 6 slipper was dispatched I wanted a size 8 (42) this was a Christmas present for my husband I returned the wrong size slippers by post on 8/12/22 and e.mailed sheepskinworld for a replacement but so far no refund or new replacement has been received so I cannot make a review as no goods in my possession”

“I can’t fault the customer service here. The slippers were of good quality and looked great however the sizing was way too small, nearly 2 sizes our for this particular style. Parcel went missing on return, not Sheepskin World fault, and I received an immediate refund on showing my delivery receipt.”

“I originally ordered size 10 (my normal shoe size) but they were way too small, so returned for exchange with size 12. These arrived by return and although long enough they were very narrow and tight. However, I decided to keep them and although they have stretched with continued use they are not as comfortable as I think they should be. It seems that Chinese feet are smaller than those of westerners, perhaps a throwback to the times when Chinese women's feet were bound and disfigured (perhaps this is still practised?). That said, these moccasins are well made but should perhaps be remodelled to fit normal feet.”

“Slippers were delivered and looked lovely,but after a short while maybe 2wks the sheepskin liner is moving as you put your feet in and take them out so it has obviously come away from the sole,maybe not enough glue has been used 😞 so I cannot give them a very good review”

“Not much of the sheep wool inside, sole is made of strong material- which is good, but should be more covered by the wool to give more warm to the feet.”
