“Had to send slippers back to small , asked for replacement gears nothing back keep trying to ring them voicemail keeps saying closed 🤷‍♀️”

“Absolutely awful. Gladly I didn't pay a lot for these slippers. Only worn a few times and all the stitching is coming away both sides. I don't have any of the paperwork otherwise I would return them. Very disappointed”

“The slippers are too tight to get my feet inside. After thinking maybe the slippers were the wrong size. I am careful to order UK5 and that was the size on the slippers.”

“I bought these as a special treat to myself after being ill for so long and after surgery to my feet. The stitching started coming away from the seams after a couple of weeks. I don't feel I can ask for a refund, due to small amount of leakage from my surgery wounds inside the slippers. Oh well, I'll just try again with a different company next time.”

“Poor quality very cheap looking actually looked like something you would buy from wish, when the parcel arrived I thought oh no they have sent the wrong item a full sheepskin would never fit in this bag. Paid for 24 hr delivery arrived a few days later ! Still waiting to find out how to return this.”

“Slippers are the right size but do not fit even after wearing them in fo seven weeks. That distort my feet and feel as though they are on the wrong feet. Very disappointing.”

“I ordered two pairs of slippers on 21 November 2021 and so far have not had the opportunity to use any product. I returned both pairs. One pair was not my style but the other was too small and I requested a larger size. They were both returned separately using the procedure set out with identically printed labels from the post office website. I have received my money back for the pair I sent back as unsuitable. I have not received the larger size requested. I am pursuing a complaint against the post office as the return was not dealt with correctly at the individual post office. I have tried on two occasions to confirm whether you have received the returned item but have had no response so far. This was done via the 'Contact us' part of the Sheepskinworld website. At the moment I am trying to establish whether the reason I have no slippers is with the post office or you.”

“Bought the perfect ladies slippers but the wrong size was sent. I sent them back for the correct size and received back the original pair i had returned. I bought them elsewhere and requested a refund. Seems they are unable to request a simple order and provide what you asked for. Very poor service.”

“My husband recently bought me some grey size 6 slippers but they were very tight because of the sheepskin lining, we followed the very specific return instructions and requested a size 7. we have not received any slippers which is dissopointing as they were my Christmas present.”

your return was received on 21st Dec, and the replacement slippers were sent out same day. they should be with you by now.

“Hi I am waiting for a refund but haven’t received it yet. The wrong slippers were sent to us with someone else’s details on. I have sent them back but heard nothing. Please can this be sorted. Would still order from you in the future but would like this sorted as they were a Christmas present.”
